B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Full-time position

Duties & Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding AST Recycling’s customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Meeting with B2B customers in person and online to present AST IT Asset Disposal, Refurbishment and e-waste recycling services and drive sales.

2. Scheduling and conducting sales appointments with prospective and existing clients.

3. Generating new leads and developing opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.

4. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided and building long-term partnerships.

5. Identifying new target markets and actively pursuing leads to achieve sales targets.

6. Developing a strong understanding of AST Recycling’s IT Asset disposal and e-waste recycling services and aligning them with customer needs.

7. Staying up to date with environmental trends and positioning services to match current market demands.

8. Leveraging digital platforms to promote AST services to a defined target market.

9. Collaborating with the Marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.

10. Continuously exploring innovative ways to make AST’s IT Asset Disposal, Refurbishment and e-waste recycling offerings attractive to customers.

 

Experience & Requirements

Minimum of 4 years proven sales track record in B2B sales.

Experience in Waste Management or Recycling Industry is essential.

Strong knowledge of advanced sales techniques and customer service principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Skilled in writing professional sales reports and preparing engaging presentations.
